intake and yet another recipe

-water
-green lemonade
-sunshine joy soup
-1 very small banana
-1 persimmon
-bowl of left over raw slaw
-organic omega3 raw bar
-water
-guacamole salad
-1/3 of organic 70% dark chocolate bar
-water

Guacamole Salad(makes 2 to 4 servings)

-4 hass avocados(3 if they are large)
-1 raw corn from the cobb
-4 ripe Holland tomatoes, diced(I used stem because thats what I had)
-1/2 tablespoon garlic, minced
-1 bunch cilantro,chopped
-1/4 to 1/2 pound baby romaine, mesclun, or regular romaine lettuce, chopped
-juice of 1 lime
-2 tablespoons agave nectar(or 1 stevia packet)
-Himalaya sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

mix all ingredients together and enjoy.
