-warm water
-Green lemonade with 2 spoonfuls of green super food from trader joes
-smoothie(bluberries, banana, kale, hempseed, ground flaxseed)
-cup of blueberries
-bowl of power soup
-coco mole lara bar
-warm water
-4 organic dates
-handfull of spirulina chips
-raw slaw salad
-lightly steamed boccoli and sweet potato
-warm water

Easy Raw Coleslaw (makes 4-6 servings)
-1 cup of shredded green cabbage
-1 cup of shredded red cabbage
-1/4 cup raisins
-1/2 cup of liquid gold elixer

mix ingredients and wait an hour before serving

(incase you dont remember)

Liquid gold elixer(makes 4 cups)
-2 cups fresh lemon juice
-3 whole cloves garlic
-3 tablespoons minced ginger
-3 tablespoons nama shoyu or braggs liquid aminos
-3 heaping tablespoons raw honey(or more if desired)
-1 1/2 cups cold-pressed olive oil

normally blend all ingredients except oil, as mixture is blending slowly add oil until its completely blended should last over a week in the fridge.

1 cup fresh green beans
3 ears of fresh corn, kernels cut from cob
1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
2 large carrots, chopped
2 cups of grape tomatoes, sliced in half
1 zucchini, chopped
3 table spoons fresh chives, minced

Dijon-Cider Dressing(makes1/2 cup) keeps for 3 weeks
1/12 tablespoons of organic Dijon mustard
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
4 tablespoons cold-pressed olive oil
2 packets stevia
freshly ground pepper to taste

yesterdays Intake:
-green lemonade(romaine, cucumber, kale, apple, lemon, ginger)
-2 pounds of red grapes
-raw blended carrot renew
-big raw salad(romaine, tomato, sprouts)
-5 leaves of romaine spread with a raw almond butter and raw honey mixer
-bowl of hearty veggie lentil curry soup with a head of romaine chopped and mixed in

Edit: I found my camera cord! It was mixed with Shauns computer stuff... I wont say anything more.

chia seeds soaked in fresh hemp milk with mashed bananas, lucuma powder, maca powder, cinnamon, and goji berries

This is soooo good and gives you sooo much energy and it doesnt make you feel full. I feel totally high right now. I wish I could go for a run right now! It tastes even better with mulberries or raisins.

-bowl of veggie soup mixed with a head of romaine
